A Traide product

An AI helper that works the way you do.

Duplikate builds your engram from your own record: how you decide, what you've ruled out, and how you say it. Every answer shows where it came from. You choose what goes in, and you can delete any of it.

Sam15 tasks, 8 rules
One of you. Your judgment, on every task. Each diamond is one of Sam's decisions on a different task, citing the rule it came from. Pick one. Nothing goes out without Sam's OK.

01 of 15

A buyer at a restaurant group asks for 15% off a reorder of 40 cases.

Offer 8% on 60-day terms.

Never past 10% on reorders. Volume earns terms, not margin.

Sam's reply to a buyer, 12 March

Drafted by Sam's AI. Sam approves before anything goes out.

Search finds it. A graph connects it. Only you know what to do with it.

  1. SearchA libraryRetrieval finds the documents that match the words. Good, and not enough: it finds last year's price sheet, not your rule about reorders.
  2. GraphA mapA knowledge graph connects what relates to what: the buyer, the account, the past orders. Good, and still not a decision.
  3. YouYour engramWhat you would do, in your words, with the reason and the source. That part only you have. Duplikate captures it from your own record, so your helper can do it too, and show you why.

Same question, three layers.

A fictional person, Sam, and three situations. Pick one and step through the layers. Nothing on this page reads anything of yours.

Sam runs a wholesale coffee roaster.

The questionA buyer at a restaurant group asks for 15% off a reorder of 40 cases.

Search finds what matches the words.

  • Price sheet, last year's edition
  • Thread: volume pricing, 14 messages, last year
  • Invoice for the same buyer, March

02 · Graph

A graph connects what relates to what.

  1. The buyer
  2. The account: a restaurant group, three locations
  3. Six orders over two years
  4. Discounts given before: 5%, 8%
  5. Terms: net 30

03 · Sam's engram

Only Sam knows what to do with it. Sam's engram does too, and shows why.

Offer 8% on 60-day terms, not 15%.

Never past 10% on reorders. Volume earns terms, not margin.

Sam's reply to a buyer, 12 March last year

Sam did the same for two similar buyers, in June and September.

Thanks for the reorder. I can't do 15, but I can do 8% and move you to 60-day terms, which is what I offer accounts your size. Shall I confirm the 40 cases at that?

Drafted by Sam's AI. Sam approves before it sends.

What goes in, and what stays out

You decide what it learns. You can see and delete what it kept.

  • Your own words only

Your sent mail, your review comments, your notes and your corrections. Mail you received is context for your replies, never a source.

  • Names become roles

Before anything is stored, the people and companies in your record become role types, like "a buyer at a restaurant group". No message body is kept.

  • Nothing ambient

It learns only from the sources you connect and the corrections you make. No microphone, no screen capture, nothing you did not switch on.

  • Delete anything

Every node it holds is readable, with its source. Delete one, a source, or everything, and the next answer no longer cites it.

How it gets built

Four steps, and you hold the first and the last.

  1. 01Choose your sourcesYou pick what it may read, in writing: mail you sent, chat you wrote, reviews you gave, notes you kept.
  2. 02We build your engramTraide extracts your decisions, rules and preferences into nodes, each citing where you said it, with names turned into roles at the door.
  3. 03We measure it against youWe hold back decisions you already made and replay them. The score is how often it would have done the same.
  4. 04It runs, and we maintain itYour helper drafts, triages and prepares decisions. You approve. We keep it current as you keep correcting it.
Who it is for

People whose judgment is the bottleneck.

  • Founders and operators

The same questions reach you ten times a week, and only you know the answer. Your engram answers them the way you would, with the reason attached, and asks you when it has no precedent. You read a decision card, not a thread.

  • Senior experts and advisors

Years of calls, and no time to make them all again. An engram that cites your own past answers drafts the next one for you to approve.

  • Engineering leads

Your coding agent has your docs. It does not have your reviews. Years of review comments become rules it follows, scoped to each repository.

Measured, not claimed

It is not you. It is measured against you.

We hold back decisions you already made, replay each situation, and count how often your engram agrees with you. The ceiling is your own consistency, and we report the score as a fraction of it, with its margin. No number appears on this site until the test has run on our own founder's record.

Built by Traide

Human-Friendly, AI-Optimized.

Duplikate is designed, built and run by Traide, a software, product and workflow orchestration consultancy in New York. It is built on the same pipeline we run on our own founder's record, and it follows the method every Traide loop follows: the person in the loop sees what happened, decides what matters, and can stop it.

Questions

What people ask first.

Is this a clone of me?
No. A clone imitates how you look or sound. Your engram is a working record of how you decide and how you say things, built from your own record and used by a helper that drafts and prepares decisions for you to approve. Duplikate writes. It does not imitate your voice or your face.
Is it trained on me?
We train no model on you. Your record is extracted into nodes you can read, cite and delete, which the AI retrieves when it works for you. We chose that over training so you can inspect every piece, remove any of it and take it with you. Your record is never used to train general AI models, ours or anyone else's.
What happens to other people in my email?
Before anything is stored, every person and company becomes a role type, and no message body is kept. Mail you received is read only as the context of your replies, never as a source. If someone appears in your record and wants their mentions removed, they can write to us.
Can I delete it?
Yes. One node, one source, or everything. Deleted means gone from your engram at once, and from backups within 30 days. You can export all of it, with its source citations, in open formats, at any time.
Does it send anything without me?
Not unless you set a rule that allows it, inside limits you set. At launch, nothing goes out, gets paid or gets promised without your approval. Every message it sends says it was drafted by your AI.

What would you hand off first?

You'll talk to a senior engineer, not a sales rep, and leave knowing what your engram would be built from and how it would be measured.
