Terms of service

Duplikate is a product of Traide, a software, product and workflow orchestration consultancy based in New York. "We" and "us" in this document mean Traide. The legal entity that contracts with you is named in your written agreement.

Duplikate builds and maintains an engram from your own record, and runs a helper that uses it to draft, triage and prepare decisions for your approval. The scope of each build, its sources, its measurement and its price are set in a written agreement before it starts. This site itself collects nothing of your record.

You choose the sources, in writing, and warrant that you may share them. We read only what you wrote; mail you received is parsed only as the context of your replies and is never stored. People and companies in your record become role types before anything is stored.

Your record, your engram and everything extracted from it are yours. You may export all of it, with its source citations, at any time, and delete any of it. We claim no licence to use your record to train general AI models, ours or anyone else's.

The helper acts only with your approval, or under a standing rule you set inside a limit you set. You remain responsible for what is sent in your name after you approve it. Every outbound message carries a disclosure that it was drafted by your AI.

You may stop at any time: pause, export and delete. If we end the service or change hands, you receive at least ninety days' notice and a full export before anything is deleted.
