Working with us

Build it, run it, keep it current.

Every engagement has three rungs. A senior engineer at Traide owns all three, from the first call to the monthly re-grading, and nothing starts before the scope is in writing.

  1. 01

    Build

We agree the sources, in writing. We extract your decisions, rules, preferences and voice into nodes, with names turned into roles at the door. We hold out your own decisions and grade the engram against you, and we show you the disagreements before anything runs.

    What you give
A few hours of your time across the build: choosing sources, answering the questions the record cannot, and reviewing the first nodes.
    What you get
Your engram, readable and exportable, with its fidelity score, its interval and the list of where it disagreed with you.
  2. 02

    Run

Your helper goes live where you work: drafting, triaging and preparing decision cards, every action waiting for your approval, every outbound message labelled. The first weeks run on approvals alone while the record grows.

    What you give
Minutes a day on the approval queue, and the corrections that come naturally.
    What you get
Drafts in your voice, decisions prepared with their reasons, and a weekly list of what it proposes to learn, with Keep and Discard.
  3. 03

    Maintain

Monthly: new sources connected, corrections consolidated, the engram re-graded, and the score dated. When the model behind the helper changes, we re-run the test before switching.

    What you give
    A monthly review, fifteen minutes.
    What you get
An engram that keeps up with you, a dated fidelity history, and an engineer who answers.
Timelines

Timelines.

We quote one in writing before each build, from the size of your record and the sources you choose. We do not publish a typical number yet, because we have not run enough builds to make one honest. When we have, it goes here.

Pricing

Pricing.

Each build is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. We do not publish prices yet, for the same reason as the timelines: a number we could stand behind needs builds behind it. Talk to us, and you will have a figure before you decide anything.

Questions

What people ask first.

What do you need from me to start?
A conversation about what you would hand off first, and a look at which sources you could connect. From there we scope the build in writing: what goes in, how it is measured against you, and what it costs.
Do I have to connect my email?
No. You choose the sources. The first builds are import-first: you export what you choose to share and hand it over, so nothing connects live to your mailbox until you want it to.
Who does the work?
A senior engineer at Traide, backed by the pipeline we run on our own founder's record. The same engineer scopes, builds, grades and maintains your engram, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
What if the fidelity score is low?
You see it before anything runs, with the list of disagreements. Often it points at a missing source or a rule that was never written down. Sometimes it says the record is too thin yet, and we say so and wait.
Can I stop?
Any time. Pause everything in one tap, export all of it, and delete what you like. If we ever close, you get at least ninety days' notice and a full export.

Talk to us

Tell us what you would hand off first.

You'll talk to a senior engineer, not a sales rep, and leave knowing what your engram would be built from and how it would be measured.
