What this site collects, what the service processes, how long it is kept, who processes it, and your rights.

1. What this site collects
Nothing, unless you give it. The Start form sends us what you type in it: your name, your email address, a role type, what you would hand off first, the sources you would consider and whether the engram is for work or home. It goes to us by email and to our team chat, over encrypted connections, and nowhere else. The demos run on fictional data in your browser and send nothing.
2. Analytics
Only if you allow it. Until you do, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics tag stores anything. Your choice is kept in a first-party cookie, dk_consent, for 180 days. You can change it from "Cookie settings" in the footer. The cookie policy lists every cookie.
3. What the service processes
When you become a customer, we process the sources you choose, under a written agreement. Only what you wrote becomes nodes in your engram; received mail is parsed as context for your replies and never stored; named people, companies and addresses become role types at ingestion; no message body is stored; every node cites its source identifier and span. Model providers receive, through their API and under terms that exclude training, the retrieved nodes and the situation for each decision, never your raw record.
4. Other people in your record
Your record names people who are not our customers. We minimise what we hold about them to role types, and we store no message bodies. A person who believes they appear in a customer's record may write to us to have their mentions removed, and we will act on it. Where the law requires us to tell such people more, we will.
5. How long we keep it
Your engram for as long as you are a customer and ninety days after, unless you delete it sooner. Deleted means gone from your engram at once and from backups within thirty days. Form submissions for as long as we are in conversation with you, and no longer than two years.
6. Who processes it
Our site's host and network, which serves these pages and receives the form; an email delivery service, which sends us a copy of the form; analytics, only if you allow it; and AI model providers, through their API, under terms that exclude training. We name the categories here and the providers in your written agreement.
7. Your rights
To see what we hold, to correct it, to export it, to delete it, to object, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Write to us and a person answers.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and customers are told before a change that affects them takes effect.
